Paralegal

The Utz Quality Foods Legal team is looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support our team primarily with litigation, but also with contracts, research, document management, and compliance work. This role is remote with preferred locations in Chicago, IL, or Hanover, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Support litigation matters, including document collection, review, discovery, production, and tracking. Draft, review, revise, and organize contracts, agreements, correspondence, reports, and presentations. Conduct legal research and summarize findings clearly and accurately. Maintain legal files, records, databases, and contract tracking tools. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather information, approvals, and documentation. Assist with compliance programs, policies, procedures, and related documentation. Salary range: $80,000-$100,000 Qualifications What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Paralegal certification required. 2–3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or related environment; litigation or CPG experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, processes, research, and document management. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and confidential information with sound judgment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning legal or business systems.
