Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic issues, utilizing advanced assessment tools and techniques to determine the most effective treatment plans.
• Implement customized treatment plans that align with physician directives while adhering to agency policies and evidence-based professional standards.
• Provide comprehensive treatment sessions, including hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education on rehabilitation strategies and safety measures.
• Engage patients and their families in discussions regarding in-home care options and therapeutic exercises to promote independence and recovery.
• Keep accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress to facilitate communication among the healthcare team and ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily provide care to orthopedic patients, ranging from those recovering from surgeries to individuals managing chronic pain. Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
