About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director or Vice President of Food and Beverage to oversee its extensive on-site dining and catering operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that service and quality standards are consistently met across the various food and beverage offerings, which range from casual grab-and-go options to fine dining and function spaces. This role is pivotal in maintaining the overall guest experience and satisfaction. The Director or Vice President will also be tasked with acting as an Asset Manager, with a focus on the financial performance and strategic development of the F&B division. Applicants for the Director or Vice President of Food and Beverage position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar role, preferably within a large-scale real estate or hospitality environment. The role requires a leader with a strong background in food and beverage management, including experience in menu development, cost control, and staff training.
