Job Description As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol Team in Reynoldsburg, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document security-related concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, stock areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations. Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and report suspicious behavior, shoplifting concerns, and/or unauthorized entry issues to site contacts and local authorities when needed. Support retail loss prevention and closing or opening procedures by remaining visible at the location, assisting with crowd management, and reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or other security-related matters. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
