Corporate Recruiter

A leading national organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Maryland Heights, MO . This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent, with a particular focus on sales recruiting .

The ideal candidate brings strong full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, enjoys building relationships with hiring managers, and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, with a strong emphasis on sales roles .
• Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business needs.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, universities, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates ranging from experienced professionals to entry-level and recent graduates.
• Develop strong relationships with internal business partners and serve as a trusted recruiting resource throughout the hiring process.
• Write and post compelling job advertisements across appropriate recruiting platforms.
• Identify alternative sourcing channels and recruiting strategies to expand candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Coordinate and support recruiting initiatives including job fairs, networking events, campus recruiting, and professional organizations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting documentation, and candidate dispositions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
• Train and support hiring managers on ATS processes, recruiting procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Track recruiting activity and provide updates to internal stakeholders regarding candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
• Recommend recruiting resources and expenditures related to job boards, recruiting tools, career fairs, campus events, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience .
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for sales positions .
• Strong hands-on candidate sourcing experience , including identifying and engaging passive talent.
• Experience managing the recruiting process from initial sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer stages.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively partner with hiring managers, HR, senior leaders, and internal business teams .
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruiting documentation.
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance and employment practices preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a Talent Acquisition team while independently managing assigned requisitions.
