Part-Time Office Manager-Accounting Associate

$21 - $25 per hour
Saint Louis, MO
We are seeking an organized and reliable Part-Time Office Manager & Accounting Associate to join our client's team in Brentwood, MO. This role plays a key part in keeping our office running smoothly by combining general bookkeeping duties with day-to-day office management and front desk support.
  • Location: Brentwood, MO (Onsite)
  • Schedule: Part-Time | Tuesday – Thursday (24 hours/week)
  • Hours: Flexible 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (e.g., 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
  • Pay: Competitive / Flexible (Based on experience, aligned with HR Coordinator rates)
  • Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible
    • Qualifications
    • Prior experience in general accounting, administrative support, or office management.
    • Good organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work onsite in Brentwood, MO, 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday).

    salary: $21 - $25 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities

    • General Accounting Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping, filing, and routine financial reporting tasks.
    • Office Administration & Reception: Serve as the primary point of contact for the front desk, welcome guests, and manage incoming phone calls/mail.
    • Vendor & Office Management: Handle relationships with office vendors, manage office supplies, and keep physical files organized.
    • General Team Support: Ensure administrative efficiency and assist the team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
