Euclid, Ohio | Onsite | $28–$32/hour | Contract-to-Hire

Position Summary

Reliance One is seeking an IT Support / Systems Administrator to provide deployment, administration, and technical support for corporate IT systems at our client's manufacturing facility in Euclid, Ohio.

This position will serve as the primary IT point of contact for employees at the facility while working closely with a larger corporate IT infrastructure team. The environment includes Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, LAN/WAN/WLAN, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, VoIP, ERP, and CAD/CAM systems.

This role requires U.S. Citizenship or Green Card status. Visa holders cannot be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, configure, and support Windows workstations, including laptops, desktops, and engineering workstations.
• Provide occasional support with server administration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues involving computers, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals through RMM, email, phone, and in-person support.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Support collaboration and communication technologies, including Zoom, VoIP, and video conferencing systems.
• Provide support for CAD/CAM applications and other engineering software.
• Administer and audit NTFS file permissions in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with onboarding and training new users.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT procedures that support infrastructure requirements and business needs.
• Provide basic ERP support, including password resets and printing troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving DNS, DHCP, Active Directory Group Policy, TCP/IP, and system logs.
• Support manufacturing and shop floor technology.
• Provide IT support during standard business hours with no regular after-hours requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supporting Windows computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Group Policy, Exchange Online, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with Windows imaging/deployment tools such as SCCM or SmartDeploy is a plus.
• Experience with Intune or JAMF is a plus.
• Knowledge of BitLocker/disk encryption.
• Manufacturing or shop floor IT experience is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work independently.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong English communication skills.
• IT certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus.
