Part-Time IT Support Technician

Salary: $103,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong Windows desktop troubleshooting skills are essential
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 is required
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory is needed
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and Wi‑Fi is required
• Experience diagnosing firewalls, switches, and business networks is necessary
• The ability to handle technical issues independently is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are expected
• Good documentation and organizational habits are required
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation for local onsite visits are required
• Prior MSP or multi-client support experience is preferred
• Experience with RMM, PSA, and documentation platforms is preferred
• Microsoft Intune and endpoint management experience is preferred
• Familiarity with Ubiquiti, SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco, or similar platforms is preferred
• Cybersecurity, endpoint protection, backup, or business continuity experience is preferred
• Healthcare IT or HIPAA-related experience is preferred
• Structured cabling or low-voltage installation experience is preferred
• Surveillance camera or access control experience is preferred
• CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant certifications are preferred

• We provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals across Windows and macOS environments
• We troubleshoot hardware issues involving computers, network equipment, printers, and other IT devices
• We resolve software problems related to operating systems and applications such as Microsoft Office
• We handle network troubleshooting for DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, LAN/WAN setups, and connectivity issues
• We manage support tickets through PSA and RMM systems
• We investigate hardware failures or malfunctions and carry out routine maintenance on IT infrastructure components
• We communicate with end users through help desk systems, document issues accurately, and provide timely updates

We are seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician to support our business clients with both remote and onsite service. In this role, we value independent troubleshooting, professional communication, and the ability to carry technical issues through to resolution while contributing to day-to-day support and IT projects. Experience with structured cabling, low-voltage systems, surveillance, access control, or network installation is a plus. This is a hybrid remote position based in Cleveland, OH 44126, and were looking for someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing environment with evolving processes.
