Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations. • Maintain and organize company records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times. • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, optimizing time management for the team. • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail. • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience. • Support the team in managing projects by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met. • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and requests. Qualifications: • Experience in managing administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth office operations. • Ability to maintain and organize company records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. • Proven track record of scheduling and coordinating meetings to optimize team time management. • Strong skills in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills to serve as the first point of contact, providing a welcoming and professional experience. • Ability to support project management by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met. • Proficiency in handling incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and requests. Compensation: $17 - $21 hourly
