Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations, integrating patient history and current health status to inform treatment planning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that set specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals, ensuring alignment with each patient's objectives.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions tailored to patient needs, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to optimize outcomes and maintain accurate records for compliance and billing purposes.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs and self-management skills to promote independence and prevent relapses.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and share best practices for improved service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for the position ranges between USD 90,000 and 120,000 , commensurate with experience and patient caseload.
