Practice Manager II, Self Regional Neurology, Full Time, First Shift

Job Title

Oversees the daily administrative, operational, personnel, and clinical functions of the assigned clinics.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for oversight of seven or more providers and nineteen or more team members or more than one clinic and department.
• Responsible for the fiscal management of the assigned clinics.
• Plan, process, and utilize resources to ensure goals and objectives are met.
• Interacts daily with physicians, staff, and patients.
• Develops and implements process improvements with input and instructions from committees and directors.
• Performs to Self-Standards.
• Assists with hiring and mentoring of team members.
• Works with other departments and vendors as needed.

Job Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor of Science
• Minimum of 2-4 years physician practice management experience
