Director, Finance

Responsibilities and duties:

• Develop and monitor the financial model of the company's budget and financial forecasts.
• Work with department heads to ensure budgets align with business objectives and financial goals.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze the company's financial performance against budget and forecasts.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to track financial performance.
• Act as a strategic business partner to department heads and senior executives.
• Implement and maintain financial planning and analysis systems and tools, with an improvement mindset and focusing on updated tools such as A.
• Foster a culture of high performance and professional development.

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred.
• 6+ years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Superb analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Supervisory and management experience.
