Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Jimenez and Associates, you will report to the Social Work Manager and be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify patients' needs and eliminate barriers to treatment, thereby enhancing health outcomes.

• Collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Engaging in individual and group therapy sessions, fostering open communication and trust to facilitate personal growth.
\n
• Documenting all interactions and treatment outcomes in patients' medical records in accordance with departmental standards, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Consulting with medical and support staff regarding patients' psychosocial functioning, and making recommendations for comprehensive care programs.
\n
• Providing education to patients and their families, equipping them with tools and strategies to support recovery and optimum functioning.
\n
• Coordinating advocacy activities and connecting families with community resources to improve social support networks and overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom may face challenges related to mental health, trauma, and socio-economic factors. You will play a vital role in empowering young individuals and their families, focusing on fostering resilience and advocating for their needs within the educational setting.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current LCSW license issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

• Demonstrated understanding of clinical practices associated with mental health treatment and social work principles.

• Excellent analytical and therapeutic skills to assess, evaluate, and develop effective treatment interventions.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and background.
