Role Description the chief of staff is a trusted strategic partner who brings clarity, foresight, and follow-through to complex, fast-moving work. As the operational backbone of a global creative enterprise, this person will translate vision into structure, manage priorities across creative and operational domains, and ensure Rupi remains informed, empowered, and centered in all major decisions. This person will act as operator, thought partner, and team builder who is managing both an internal team and a wide network of external partners, agents, and contractors.
