ABA Business Development Representative

Majestic Care ABA is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven ABA Business Development Representative to help expand access to ABA services throughout Colorado. This is a highly field-based position focused on developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, increasing community awareness of ABA services, and generating qualified client referrals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the ABA industry, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to build relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapists, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other potential referral partners.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $60,000 base salary + performance-based bonus + vehicle allowance

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapists, psychologists, healthcare providers, social workers, community organizations, and other ABA referral sources
• Conduct regular in-person visits to referral sources throughout your assigned Colorado territory
• Educate referral partners about ABA services, eligibility, treatment models, and the referral process
• Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to increase qualified client referrals
• Build and maintain a consistent outreach schedule and pipeline of prospective referral relationships
• Follow up regularly with existing and prospective referral partners to strengthen long-term relationships
• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, health fairs, school events, community events, and other professional gatherings
• Conduct presentations, informational sessions, lunch-and-learns, and other educational outreach activities for referral partners
• Distribute company-provided marketing materials and resources to appropriate referral sources and community partners
• Work closely with intake, clinical, and operations teams to ensure referral partners receive timely and accurate information
• Track outreach activities, contacts, referrals, follow-ups, and business development opportunities using company systems
• Monitor referral trends and community needs to identify opportunities for growth within the Colorado market
• Provide regular updates to leadership regarding outreach activity, referral opportunities, market feedback, and relationship development
• Represent the organization professionally and serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for ABA services in the community

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required
• Previous experience in business development, sales, healthcare marketing, community outreach, provider relations, or a related field preferred
• Experience working in ABA, behavioral health, autism services, healthcare, education, or pediatric services strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of the ABA referral process and the types of professionals and organizations that may refer clients for ABA services
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Confident communicating with healthcare professionals, school administrators, therapists, physicians, and community partners
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with limited day-to-day supervision
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and opportunities
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email, and other business technology
• Ability to represent the organization professionally and maintain appropriate confidentiality when discussing clients and services
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
• Ability to travel throughout an assigned Colorado territory four days per week
