PRODUCTION MANAGER JOBS

Production Manager – Specialty Chemical Plant Location: South Carolina (near Atlanta or Northeast). This role requires a BS or MS in Chemical Engineering (or related field) and significant leadership experience in specialty chemical manufacturing. Responsibilities Oversee production, streamlining, and quality to maximize yields. Lead production planning, scheduling, and management activities. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and process safety (PSM) regulations. Drive continuous process improvement, optimization, and efficiency initiatives. Manage the team through leading by example and developing others. Maintain quality assurance and integrity of processes. Achieve cost savings without compromising quality, safety, or performance. Utilize PLC/DCS control systems knowledge as needed. Qualifications BS (or MS) Chemical Engineering degree with specialty chemical manufacturing experience (batch, reactors, distillation). Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience. Strong leadership and team development skills. Knowledge of PLC/DCS control systems is desired.
