Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and driven Lawn Care Client Success Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with both new and existing customers to recommend lawn care, fertilization, weed control, aeration, and outdoor pest control services while ensuring an exceptional customer experience that drives retention and long-term satisfaction.

This position combines consultative customer relationship management, account retention, and customer service. You'll play a key role in helping homeowners achieve healthy, beautiful lawns while supporting Lawn Doctor's commitment to customer loyalty and long-term growth.

What You'll Do
As a Lawn Care Client Success Representative, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying lawn health needs and recommending customized treatment programs, and delivering excpetional customer service throughout every customer interaction. All team members are expected to professionally assist customer, handle service-related questions, and support customer satisfaction efforts as part of their daily responsibilities.


Responsibilities include:

• Convert inbound leads into new Lawn Doctor customers
• Build relationships with existing customers and recommend additional lawn care services
• Perform proactive customer follow-up to improve retention and satisfaction
• Educate homeowners on fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, mosquito control, and other treatment options
• Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on customer needs and property improvement
• Generate referrals and identify opportunities to grow territory revenue
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and service-related phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Support office-wide customer service efforts by assisting customers with scheduling, service information, and issue resolution

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to professionally manage customer interactions and resolve service concerns
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
• Ability to build rapport and close sales through relationship-based selling
• Basic computer and CRM software skills preferred

Preferred Experience
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

• Lawn care or landscaping sales
• Outside sales or territory sales
• Home services sales
• Customer retention and account management
• Pest control or outdoor services
• Residential service industries
• Lead generation and sales follow-up
• Route sales or field sales experience
