Step into a rewarding role this upcoming school year as a dedicated School Psychologist, making a meaningful impact in early childhood education. This part-time contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals and support preschool-aged children during pivotal moments of development.

In this position, you’ll join a supportive team composed of a Speech-Language Pathologist and two Diagnosticians, focusing on arena evaluations for children transitioning to age three—primarily Autism assessments. Your expertise will play a pivotal role on the preschool arena testing team, ensuring children and their families receive timely, informed recommendations. With a flexible start between August 10th and 17th and a straightforward weekly commitment of 14-15 hours, you’ll have the chance to contribute meaningfully while maintaining work-life balance. No CPI training is required.

What we’re seeking:

• Licensed or certified School Psychologist, eligible for practice in Indiana
• Experience in early childhood assessments or willingness to work in preschool evaluations
• Understanding of special education practices and Autism evaluations preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions
• Ability to participate in dynamic, team-based assessment procedures

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in arena evaluations for preschool-aged children, supporting timely eligibility decisions
• Collaborate closely with SLPs, Diagnosticians, educators, and families
• Prepare assessment materials, document findings, and communicate results with clarity and compassion
• Offer insights and recommendations tailored to each child's educational needs
