Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - Home Health Help Patients Thrive at Home We are looking for a compassionate and dependable COTA to join our home health team. Working under the supervision of a licensed OT, you'll provide individualized therapy services that help patients improve their independence, safety, and quality of life in their home. Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments according to the established plan of care under the direction of a licensed OT
• Assist patients in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living and functional mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and the safe use of equipment
• Observes, documents and reports patient progress and changes in condition to the supervising OT
• Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Ohio COTA license
• Current CPR and/or BLS certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Home health experience is preferred but not required
