This mission is driven by a team that genuinely cares, upholding the core values of People, Excellence, and Ownership in everything we do.Job DescriptionYou will work in a repair pod setting using primarily soldering irons to rebuild and repair automotive or appliance electronic modules. In your role, you will be expected to demonstrate your soldering abilities to ensure you meet our quality standards. As an Electronics Repair Technician, you will work in a repair pod (team of similar technicians) where you will independently perform basic troubleshooting, replace faulty electronic components, and complete rework on existing circuit boards to upgrade and enhance them to be better than new, with support from your team when needed.
