Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other specialists to assess patient history and establish comprehensive treatment plans.
• Evaluate patients with medically complex diagnoses while exhibiting a thorough understanding of laboratory results and contraindications to ensure safe treatment.
• Design and implement innovative physical therapy programs tailored for diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric cases.
• Monitor clinical outcomes regularly and engage with fellow therapists to strategize on challenging cases, ensuring optimal sequential rehabilitation.
• Streamline clinical procedures by managing patient referrals, processing appointments, and enhancing scheduling practices to maximize patient flow.
• Conduct timely therapy sessions with a focus on early interventions, ensuring assessments and treatments take place on the same day whenever possible.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Move Right Therapy, you will work with a diverse array of patients, from children recovering from sports injuries to adults undergoing rehabilitation following surgical procedures. Your role is crucial in providing renewed hope and functional independence to those dealing with orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, and other health challenges.

Qualifications

• Valid and active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
