*About the Role*

We're looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong courtroom and advocacy skills, excellent legal writing abilities, and the confidence to manage litigation matters from inception through resolution. This position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload and work closely with clients while collaborating with an experienced legal team.

*Responsibilities*

* Manage litigation cases through all phases of the legal process
* Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
* Attend court appearances, hearings, mediations, and depositions
* Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
* Develop case strategies and provide practical legal guidance

*Requirements*

* Minimum of 2 years of courtroom litigation experience required
* Experience litigating in Jefferson County, Kentucky strongly preferred
* Licensed to practice law in Kentucky
* Must be in good standing with the Kentucky Bar
* Previous family law experience preferred but not required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
