Associate Attorney

Job Details Our esteemed organization in the mortgage industry seeks a Permanent Associate Attorney with a focus on Creditor Rights. This unique opportunity includes No Billables. The role involves handling legal matters related to foreclosure, financial institutions, bankruptcy, and replevin. Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year. Provide legal advice and guidance on foreclosure, bankruptcy, and replevin. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Develop and implement strategies to safeguard the organization's legal and financial interests. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to the mortgage industry and creditor rights. Provide training and guidance to other team members on legal matters related to creditor rights. Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on creditor rights. Experience in foreclosure, financial institutions, bankruptcy, and replevin. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proficient in legal research and writing. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
