Why you'll love this job The role is a part of the IOC Workforce Planning and Admin team within our Integrated Operations Center group. You'll have the exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate workforce planning and admin initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for managing projects that align staffing needs with business goals, optimizing workforce utilization, and ensuring timely delivery of workforce-related initiatives. What you'll do Synthesize business problems, identify strategic options, define outcomes, and gain consensus among senior leadership on key IOC initiatives Connect the vision with the tangible pieces that enable its fulfillment Identify current and future opportunities, compiling and presenting cross-functional impacts, aligning and prioritizing with business owners, finance, and IT counterparts, and monitor the status outcomes Enable teams and leaders to connect the dots between the various initiatives within a larger plan Be the link between business and IT teams across organizations to bring about consistency and synergies on technology in-use and in development Ensure clarity of business requirements from stakeholders to enable proper planning and design of new initiatives Monitor and provide updates to senior leadership Gather information from internal and external sources, using various research methods Project manage transformational initiatives, building detailed project plans, facilitating meetings and following up with key stakeholders Create KPIs and project dashboards to monitor progress Provide analytical support by reviewing data, drawing insights and presenting findings Develop and deliver presentations to leaders and working groups Manage ad hoc projects as required – ranging from small requests to multi-year projects Collaborate with internal customers to better understand their needs and be able to communicate them to others All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training 3+ years of experience in airline, consulting, or equivalent industries Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience Master’s degree Experience in change management and organizational development Skills, Licenses & Certifications Project Management experience and/or PMP Certificate Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and written and verbal communication skills including the ability to collaborate with all levels of management Strategic thinker who considers the broader corporate implications of ideas Ability to problem solve and effectively deal with ambiguity Self-starter who solicits input from several sources Ability to prioritize and navigate projects among competing priorities, both within and outside one's own organization Effective collaborator both across and outside the organization at all levels Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word What you'll get Travel Perks: You, your family and your friends can reach 365 destinations on more than 6,800 daily flights across our global network.
