Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering graduates Early-career engineers (0–3 years’ experience) Technically curious individuals who enjoy troubleshooting and customer interaction Engineers who want structured learning and real-world impact You don’t need years of semiconductor experience. You do need strong fundamentals, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals Flexibility for travel (as needed) and schedule adjustments Perform preventive maintenance on advanced semiconductor equipment Follow KSEC and customer safety protocols at all times Support equipment installation or removal as required Complete documentation and administrative reporting accurately Provide feedback to technical support and engineering teams Maintain professional, customer-facing behavior Phase 1 – Structured Training: classroom instruction and on-the-job training (OJT) including: Preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) fundamentals Exposure to KSEC administrative systems and technical databases Phase 2 – Guided Customer Support Perform preventive maintenance with supervision Begin direct interaction with customer engineering teams Support multiple customer tool sets Act as a professional liaison between customers and internal support teams Kokusai is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
