Class Action Project Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Class Action Project Manager to join our team. As the Class Action Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the logistical operations of our class action and mass tort cases. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing project plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring project deliverables are met within the specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage class action and mass tort cases from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project plans and budgets, setting deadlines and ensuring projects are completed within specified timelines
• Manage and track case expenses and progress
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks associated with class action and mass tort cases
• Monitor project performance and ensure projects are on track
• Act as the liaison between case administration teams and external clients
• Draft and submit periodic progress reports
• Provide support in the analysis and interpretation of case data

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in project management
• Experience in Class Action or Mass Tort Case Management
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
