Product Manager Senior- Carelon Rx Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Responsibilities Evaluate existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products. Develop and implement long‑term profitability strategies for market segments, including market positioning, new product design, pricing parameters, risk profiles, and legislative/regulatory responses. Coordinate presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development. Ensure all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies. Serve as a product expert and a relationship manager to core clients. Partner cross‑functionally to develop GTM materials (FAQs, talking points, product blurbs, etc.) to enable Sales and Account teams, delivering on timelines and meeting/exceeding expectations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences MBA preferred. Health or managed care experience preferred. Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience strongly preferred. Program Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience strongly preferred. Experience developing financial models, requirements, roadmaps, and concept materials strongly preferred. Salary and Benefits Salary range: $109,112.00 to $163,668.00. Salary is based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
