Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent and team to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to processes and tasks. Work alongside our agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations. Qualifications Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, but not required. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Ability to effectively relate to a customer through solid communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to obtain Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses.
