First-time travelers are not accepted. Certification and licensing must be in hand to submit. Trauma experience is preferred, particularly in a Level I trauma center. Scrub experience is required. Candidates must have experience with surgery cases including General, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Plastics, ENT, and Neuro. Description: We are seeking a registered nurse with experience in the Pediatric Operating Room. The nurse will work in a Level I trauma center. The facility specializes in ENT, Urology, Plastics, General Surgery, Orthopedic, Trauma, and Neurosurgery. Surgical procedures range from minor to complex, including ECMO, burn procedures, and tumor resections. The patient population includes neonates, infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, and some adults. Effective communication and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team are essential. Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. Travelers are required to float within the hospital or to nearby facilities as needed. Floating among different areas is required for all travelers. All certifications must be current and relevant to the unit described. Two supervisor references are required.
