Accounting Assistant I

To support a growing accounting team, the full-time hourly Accounting Assistant I will manage accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, including entering customer payments and assisting with bill processing, while working in a hybrid environment with three remote days per week after training. Key responsibilities Enter customer payments into financial software accurately and promptly Assist Accounts Payable with bill entry and credit card transaction clearing Support Accounts Receivable reconciliation by processing order cancellations Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Basic to Proficient skill level in Microsoft Excel Experience using common business applications, such as Microsoft Outlook and Teams Eagerness to learn and grow as part of the Accounting & Finance Team Experience working in an accounting role is a plus
