Our Security Officers monitor and patrol assigned areas at a financial institution location, helping to maintain a secure environment through routine patrols, visible presence, access awareness, and strong customer service. In this unarmed role, you will support security-related operations with professionalism and clear communication while reflecting Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in a people-first culture. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.58 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat05:30 AM - 06:30 PM Sun05:30 AM - 06:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter zones, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in support of established protocols for a financial services location. Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and daily activities, and relay important information during shift changes and/or to Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
