Position Overview Security Officer – Corporate Office in Tempe, AZ. Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help deter security‑related incidents through a visible presence. Support access awareness, provide outstanding customer service and communication, and work with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and grounded in integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM Tue 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM Fri 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM Sat 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM Sun 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location. Minimum Requirements At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required. The ability to ride a bike is required. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
