Head Pastry Chef

We are a high-end restaurant in Las Vegas seeking an experienced and talented Head Pastry Chef to join our team As the Head Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and overseeing all aspects of our pastry department including menu development ordering ingredients and maintaining quality control You must have a passion for creating delicious desserts as well as strong leadership and organizational skills Responsibilities Create and develop new dessert recipes that align with our restaurants concept and standards Train and manage a team of pastry chefs and assistants Oversee the production of all desserts ensuring high quality and consistency Order necessary ingredients and supplies while staying within budget Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen Constantly monitor food costs to ensure profitability Collaborate with other departments to develop special event menus Keep up with industry trends and incorporate them into dessert offerings Requirements At least 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a high-end restaurant setting Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team Passion for creating unique and delicious desserts Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of desserts Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Salary $1100 per week Location Las Vegas USA #J-18808-Ljbffr SkyPoint
