Executive Business Partner

SG Energy Solutions is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded Executive Business Partner to serve as a strategic extension of the Office of the CEO. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with CEO Derron Sanders, contributing to the company's strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling priorities
• Triage and organize executive communications and correspondence
• Coordinate internal and external meetings

Executive Communications

• Draft and edit emails, presentations, reports, and executive correspondence
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and leadership materials
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and business partners on behalf of the CEO

Project & Operations Support

• Track action items and ensure timely completion across departments
• Follow up with leadership team members on commitments and deadlines
• Assist with special projects, research, process improvement, and strategic initiatives

Real Estate Support

• Coordinate meetings, vendors, and project timelines related to the CEO's real estate activities
• Support document management, due diligence, and research efforts

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Partner, or similar role supporting C-level executives

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with executives and external stakeholders

- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools

Nice to have: 

• Experience supporting an entrepreneur, founder, or owner-led business
• Experience in construction, energy, engineering, staffing, industrial services, or professional services environments
• Real estate experience is a plus
• Experience managing competing executive priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits: 

• $65,000-$72,000 annual base salary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years supporting a CEO, President, Founder, Owner, C-Suite executive, or senior leadership team
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Experience creating executive presentations, reports, and briefing materials
• Experience using CRM, ERP, ATS, or project management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Must be able to work on-site in Southfield, Michigan
