This role involves carrying out treatment, implementation, and documentation of patient status for home health patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. The position includes home visits and requires reliable transportation for travel across multiple counties.

Job Details

• Shift Time: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Licensed or regulated as a PTA in the state with at least 2-3 years of experience under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist; current CPR certification; familiar with general use and functions of the computer, such as internet, e-mail, navigation of computer desktop, and online HR services.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Additional Information: The position requires travel within specific counties, approximately 30-40 miles per day, with travel varying weekly. Home health experience is required. The candidate must be familiar with EMR systems such as HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, and Outlook.
