firstPRO 360 is seeking a Accounting Assistant for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. General job duties include: Maintaining accurate accounting for accounts payable invoices, accounts receivable/collections follow up, processing payroll for company employees, expense report processing, reconciling bank and account statements, as well as other financial and administrative functions for the organization. Experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, expenses, and other payments
• Maintain aging reports, following up on past due invoices as needed
• Set up new vendors while maintaining existing vendor files
• Communicate with vendors, internal and external members of the organization
• Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
• Ensure timely processing of payroll
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements regularly
• Maintain internal accounting databases and records
• Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is a strong plus
• 2+ years of experience in related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics and/or NetSuite
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to accurately record financial and accounting data
