Position Overview

• Performing diverse ultrasound tests, covering areas such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritizing patient comfort and safety during examinations, providing thorough explanations with warmth and empathy
• Collaborating effectively with radiologists and other medical professionals to ensure the best possible diagnostic images are obtained
• Operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment with vigilance, ensuring any technical issues are reported swiftly
• Recording procedures meticulously and maintaining organized patient entries in our electronic medical record system

Educational Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is strongly preferred

Mandatory Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is considered an advantage
