Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sourcing & Full-Cycle Recruiting | Remote

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment processes from candidate sourcing through the offer stage.

This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who can proactively identify talent, engage passive candidates, conduct effective screening interviews, and maintain organized pipelines across multiple open positions.

You'll work across candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, ATS management, candidate communication, and offer support while maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Sourcing & Outreach

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, candidate databases, and other recruiting channels
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates
• Build targeted talent pipelines based on role requirements
• Use different sourcing strategies to reach relevant candidates
• Maintain consistent sourcing activity across multiple open positions

Resume Review & Candidate Screening

• Review applications and resumes against job requirements
• Conduct candidate screening interviews
• Assess candidates based on experience, skills, communication, and overall fit
• Gather information on salary expectations and availability
• Identify strong candidates to advance through the recruitment process

Full-Cycle Recruitment Coordination

• Manage candidates from initial sourcing through the offer stage
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Track interview schedules, feedback, and next steps
• Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process
• Support offer and onboarding coordination

Candidate Pipeline & ATS Management

• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS
• Keep candidate stages and statuses up to date
• Track recruiting activity across multiple open positions
• Maintain healthy pipelines for active searches
• Ensure candidate information and recruiting notes are properly documented

Candidate Experience

• Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates
• Clearly communicate interview expectations and next steps
• Follow up consistently throughout the hiring process
• Ensure candidates receive a positive and organized recruitment experience
• Handle candidate questions professionally and promptly

Recruiting Metrics & Performance

• Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics
• Monitor sourcing, screening, interview, and hiring activity
• Work toward recruiting KPIs and deadlines
• Identify bottlenecks within the hiring process
• Adjust sourcing and recruiting strategies based on pipeline performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role
• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
• Experience sourcing passive candidates
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and/or ATS platforms
• Comfortable conducting candidate interviews over video
• Ability to evaluate candidates against role requirements
• Strong ability to assess candidate communication skills and overall fit
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
• Comfortable working toward recruiting KPIs and deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies
• Experience sourcing across multiple industries or job functions
• Familiarity with multiple ATS and recruiting platforms
• Experience with high-volume or fast-paced recruiting environments
• Experience supporting remote or international hiring
• Familiarity with recruiting analytics and pipeline reporting

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Your day may include sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, reviewing new applications, conducting screening interviews, updating ATS records, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

You'll also follow up with candidates, gather salary and availability information, maintain active pipelines, support offers, and review recruiting metrics to determine where additional sourcing or follow-up is needed.
