Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve treating individuals, couples, and families who experience a wide array of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Emphasizing a holistic and client-centered approach, you will collaborate with clients to develop coping strategies that enhance their daily functioning and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
