Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$21-$22/hour 
Monday- Friday- 8:00am- 5:00pm

What’s a typical day as Client Support Analyst? You’ll be:
• Responding to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution and enhance overall client experience.
• Assisting at the front desk and supporting daily office operations to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Facilitating hybrid legal proceedings via Zoom and managing document-related tasks to ensure seamless communication.
• Delivering outstanding client service from start to finish, making every interaction count.

• Are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Have legal industry experience (a plus but not required).
