Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21-$22/hour Monday-Friday- 8:00am- 5:00pm

What's a typical day as Client Support Analyst? You'll be: Responding to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency, ensuring a positive first impression. Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution and enhance overall client experience. Assisting at the front desk and supporting daily office operations to maintain a smooth workflow. Facilitating hybrid legal proceedings via Zoom and managing document-related tasks to ensure seamless communication. Delivering outstanding client service from start to finish, making every interaction count.
