Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations, taking into account their medical history and personal goals.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that utilize various modalities, such as exercise therapy, manual techniques, and use of assistive devices, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and document changes meticulously to inform treatment decisions, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, effective condition management, and the promotion of active, healthy lifestyles that support recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary care.
• Remain current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and research to ensure the best possible care is delivered.

Qualifications

• An active Physical Therapist license from the State of Florida is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
