Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, utilizing various diagnostic tools and techniques to identify goals, limitations, and potential for recovery.
• Manage a caseload of 1 patient per hour, providing focused and individualized therapy sessions that prioritize engagement and patient comfort.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based care plans that include therapeutic interventions, exercise regimens, and patient education tailored to the orthopedic population.
• Employ a variety of treatment modalities to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and facilitate recovery, while promoting alternatives to medication and surgical interventions.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs aimed at improving each patient's physical capabilities and overall lifestyle.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient care activities, progress evaluations, and modifications to treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary care and ensure comprehensive treatment for all patients.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process, instilling confidence and fostering a commitment to improving their physical health and mobility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate degree (DPT) is preferred.
• Possess a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Exhibit a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrate proficiency in manual therapy and strength in developing effective exercise protocols.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, notably WebPT, for efficient practice management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly preferred, as it aligns closely with the treatment modalities and patient demographics of our clinic.
• Experience in developing tailored rehabilitation programs and working with a diverse patient population.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, reflective of your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
