Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each patient's physical condition and functional limitations, identifying specific areas that require intervention.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the individual goals of each patient while factoring in their specific medical history and rehabilitation requirements.
• Implement diverse therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to facilitate patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued healing and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques to promote independence and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
