The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales to lead the organization's commercial sales strategy and execution on a worldwide scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive global sales strategy that is in line with the company's growth objectives. This includes setting and achieving revenue targets, leading commercial planning activities, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also involves providing strategic direction to sales teams, fostering a performance-driven culture, and ensuring alignment of sales strategies across all regions. The Vice President will be a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team, collaborating with various functions to support product launches and commercialization efforts. Candidates for the Vice President, Global Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related discipline, with an MBA or advanced business degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, particularly in life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology, medical devices, or related industries, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading senior sales leaders and multi-region, multi-product sales teams, as well as a strong understanding of direct sales, distributor networks, and strategic partnerships. Experience in highly regulated healthcare or life sciences environments is also preferred.
