Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client, forming the foundation for effective treatment planning.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy, including individual and group sessions, utilizing methodologies that may include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other best practices.

• Work closely with healthcare providers to coordinate seamless integrated care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support for their physical and mental health.

• Advocate for clients by linking them to community resources, support services, and additional assistance as necessary.
\n
• Meticulously document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using electronic health records to facilitate continuity of care and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to contribute to shared learning, ongoing professional development, and maintaining high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.
