About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Brand Leader to join their in-house Brands team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the brand strategy for the company's various vacation and club brands. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in hospitality or related industries, including at least 3 years of direct work with owners. The Vice President, Brand Leader will serve as the executive brand steward, defining and evolving the long-term strategic vision in partnership with the brand's leadership. Building and maintaining trusted relationships, developing annual strategic priorities, and providing strategic guidance on various brand initiatives are key aspects of the position. Applicants for the Vice President, Brand Leader role at the company should have a strong background in management, with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership capacity. The role demands a strategic thinker who can evaluate brand health, customer insights, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for portfolio growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's, and experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. The role also involves regular travel to the company's properties to ensure a deep understanding of the member and guest experience.
