Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities encompass a broad range of therapeutic services aimed at enhancing family dynamics. Specific tasks include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples and individual family members to address issues such as relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and family conflicts.
\n
• Formulating personalized treatment plans tailored to each family's unique needs and dynamics.
\n
• Applying evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to improve communication and resolve interpersonal conflicts.

• Facilitating group therapies and workshops aimed at topics like blended families, divorce adjustment, and coping strategies for job stress and medical issues.

• Documenting patient progress and modifying treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents dealing with various challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, those affected by:

• Emotional trauma and psychological abuse

• Grief and loss
\n
• Family dynamics and systemic issues such as conflicts between siblings or with parents

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following professional qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome newly licensed therapists, we also value experience in the following areas:

• Direct counseling experience with families, couples, and individuals.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and proven success in virtual counseling.

• Exposure to working within a community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your skills and experience level. In addition, we provide:
