Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:Ensure all data entry is entered, reviewed, and validated into the departmental processing system with an accuracy goal of 99%Process mail including faxes, emails, written correspondences, and calls into processing systems as well as request and add documents from members and providers as neededReview and analyze departmental reports and escalates issues and trends to management as neededPick up, process, and distribute incoming mail from the local postal office in a timely mannerYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent3+ years of customer service experience3+ years of experience with various applications to include: Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Edge1+ years of Quality Assurance experienceExperience operating office equipment. (Fax Machine, Scanners)Ability to understand databases including importing and exporting of dataAbility to communicate technical concepts to technical and non technical peopleProven excellent written and verbal communication SkillsAbility to be flexible, able to work overtime as neededAbility to be detail oriented, and work with minimum supervision to meet strict regulatory guidelinesProven solid organizational skills and ability to follow through with multiple tasks in a timely mannerPreferred Qualifications:Some college of technical school3+ years of experience with ASO Commercial Products/Managed CareExperience with Medicare GuidelinesExperience with EPIC CRMExperience CMS MARx systemPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
