Sands Investment Group (SIG) is hiring a high-performing VP Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join our Chicago team. Whether you have a few years of experience or a track record of 8-figure deal volume, we offer the tools, deal flow, and support to help you scale a multimillion-dollar brokerage business
\n \nThis is a 100% commission based role designed for entrepreneurial professionals who are hungry to grow. Top performers are earning 300K-1M+ annually.

What You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Drive lead generation and nurture relationships with investors and property owners \n
- Oversee full deal pipeline: listings, marketing, negotiations, LOIs, PSAs, due diligence, and closings \n
- Collaborate with your team and marketing staff to bring deals to market \n
- Produce Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), pull comps, and pitch opportunities \n
- Own key accounts and client relationships within your product specialization \n
Who Are You

- Proven closer or producer looking for a stronger platform \n
- Licensed Real Estate Agent or actively pursuing licensing \n
- Comfortable with CRM systems, data tools, and financial analysis \n
- A culture fit: Collaborative, Coachable, Communicative, and Consistent \n
Compensation
\n- \n
- 100% commission-based role, no cap on earnings \n
- Includes access to SIG’s national inventory, CRM, marketing systems, and training \n
